We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Team Leader to manage and support a group of agents in achieving performance targets. The ideal candidate has basic leadership experience and is willing to grow in a fast-paced BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of call center agents on a daily basis
- Monitor attendance, performance, and adherence to company policies
- Conduct coaching, huddles, and basic performance feedback
- Assist agents in handling escalations and customer concerns
- Prepare simple reports and updates for management
- Ensure team meets quality, productivity, and attendance targets
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months Team Leader experience OR
- SME experience with exposure to coaching and floor support
- BPO / Call Center experience is required
- Good communication and people management skills
