Job Description

Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to manage and guide a team in our government account contact center. You will ensure operational efficiency, drive team performance, and maintain high-quality service standards.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience managing a team of 15 or more employees in a contact center environment
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of government account processes is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of contact center agents
  • Monitor team performance and ensure service level targets are met
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
  • Coordinate with management for operational updates and process improvements
