Job Description

Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a cross-functional AI team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration

Guide and support your team in the design, development, and deployment of AI models and systems, including LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic).

Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables in an agile setup

Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, product, and business units to align AI initiatives with strategic goals

Uphold high standards for robust deployment and production readiness of AI solutions in cloud environments (Azure, GCP, etc.)

Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI and proactively integrate new technologies into our roadmap
Qualifications
University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
