We need TEAM MANAGERS ( Team Leads) who will be overseeing team productivity and ensuring quality targets are achieved while managing a high volume of service requests from Providers and Members. This is a non-clinical role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operational activities of assigned staff, ensuring optimal productivity and service level targets are consistently met. Serve as a subject matter resource by providing guidance, support, and proactive consultative recommendations to assist the team in achieving operational objectives.
