Job description:
The Engineering Team Manager for E&I Emulsion is responsible for leading the Electrical and Instrumentation engineering team within the Emulsion plant operations. The role ensures reliability, safety, and optimal performance of all E&I systems, supporting plant availability and production targets. This position is accountable for maintenance strategy execution, project delivery, and compliance with global standards
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement E&I maintenance strategies aligned with plant reliability goals
Ensure all electrical and instrumentation assets are maintained, calibrated, and operating optimally
Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective and preventative actions
Lead and coordinate E&I-related capital and improvement projects, including upgrades, retrofits, and shutdown activities
