As the Team Manager - Machine Shop (Aluminium Phase) you will be part of the Operations and will report to Section head - Machine Shop
The purpose of your role will be to achieve production Targets as per production plan and setups change over in Aluminium components.

1. Achieve the production plan ( Quality and Quantity)in order to meet the requirement of PPC plan
