Job Description
- Support the recruitment of staff, including technology enablement, and actively contribute to ensure operational readiness by go-live date,
- Onboard the team members joining Alfa Laval GFSS
- Active participation in the transition of country PTP processes into AL GFSS including planning, training, work shadowing, standard operation procedure (SOP) documentation preparations and issues resolution,
- Participate in current process improvement initiatives, taking ownership of workstream(s) and deliverables,
- Identify root causes and provide feedback to process and vendor owners to prevent invoicing & payment errors,
- Implement effective communication standards and ensure proactive engagement with purchasing leaders,
