Overview

of a Team Manager:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Manager to lead a team of up to 15 Move Managers and Administrators at our Colchester Head Office. This role involves driving sales to completion and partner administration services, managing team performance, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Main Duties and Responsibilities of a Team Manager :

  • Achieve team KPI targets by ensuring timely completion of administrative tasks for partners, ·drive the sales process through sales progression, ensuring business growth and client retention.
  • Enhance team performance through targeted training and development.
  • Represent and promote Spicerhaart’s brand values and core beliefs.
