1.Performs daily opening and/or closing procedures in the dining and dispatching area.

1. Acts as receptionist and greets customers.

2. Checks if there are tables available for customers and leads customers to their respective tables.

3. Removed used dishes and utensils from tables. Cleans and arranges tables and chairs.

4. Puts menu and other collaterals on the table.

5. Prepares the table for the next guest by putting place mat, plates and utensils.

6. Make sure that the napkin dispensers are clean and refills the dispensers once all it is consumed.

7. Gives the customers drinking water.

8. Cleans the store premises by sweeping and mopping the floors. Utilizes degreasers on the floor.

9. Puts Wet Floor sign whenever necessary.

10. Cleans, washes and dries the dishes and utensils.
