Job Purpose :

To ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks by providing advice on regulations, drafting and reviewing contracts, managing litigation, protecting intellectual property rights, and overseeing corporate governance. Providing support in business decisions, employment law issues and managing interactions with regulatory bodies. Helps to safeguard the company's interests and avoid legal disputes.

Legal Proficiency

Interpreting local, state, national, and international laws, regulations, directives, decrees, etc., across markets where company operates or has its representatives.
