Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Works as support function to oversee the day-to-day maintenance operation activities across a single-BU which include (but not limited to) Zero Break Down time for machines, Timely PMS, OEE , Machines efficiency, RnM cost, Project Management, Commissary Scorecard, Internal and International Audit compliances and Budget controls as per actual budgets.

  • Working on systematic plan to have better infrastructure
  • Commissary model working and executing the same
  • Managing preventive and predictive maintenance schedules of equipment to minimize stoppages in critical production areas; ensuring condition monitoring of various equipment.
  • Identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipment through application of trouble shooting tools.
