Team Sales Supervisor

Role:

• To oversee, coach monitor Sales Executives to ensure sales achievement in accordance to targets set.
• To initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate markets & achieve company goals.
• To promote & sell SOMI products, to seek leads, arrange & do client meetings.
• Submit reports & adhere to company policies.
• Maintain a positive attitude within sales team that promotes teamwork and a favorable image of the company.
• Take charge to penetrate new areas and clients

Qualifications:

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering(Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
• Excellent supervisorial skills, expert in negotiation skills, proficient skill in computer for business presentation, proficient in both oral and written communication.
• With construction industry experience is a plus
