Teamlead

As a Teamlead you will be responsible for managing a team of employees and overseeing their daily tasks and performance. This is a full‑time position with a salary of $1,000 per month. We are looking for freshers; prior experience is not required, however you must have excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide your team toward achieving company goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of employees providing guidance and support as needed
• Assign tasks and projects to team members based on their strengths and abilities
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to help improve productivity
• Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and job responsibilities
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects
• Identify areas for improvement within the team and implement effective solutions
