   Job Responsibilities  
  Semsysco is part of Lam Research since 2022 
 Project and resource planning for engineering projects
 Managing of hardware development and system integration interfacing with electrical and software engineering
 Directing, leading and managing of daily activities of the team
 Employee development, goal definition and tracking
 
   Minimum Qualifications  
 Bachelor's degree in mechancial engineering or related field with 4-6 years of supervisory experience.
 Excellent oral and written communication and technical presentation skills in English language
 
   Preferred Qualifications  
 Strong skills in tool automation & material handling
 Experience in systems engineering
 Experience in semiconductor and/or wet chemistry industry is a plus
