You will lead a team of about 8-12 employees, consisting of technicians working in-house and on our projects
Employee leadership & development, as well as international project management are your main tasks
You prepare your employees for the future through continuous improvement and process optimization
You are responsible for your projects in the areas of cost, quality and on-time delivery

You have already gained experience as a manager
You have several years of experience in IT
You have the ability to set goals, to inspire employees and to achieve them together
You speak German and English
You are internationally on business trips for approx. 20% of the working time
