A leading consultancy firm is seeking an experienced Change Lead based in Barcelona. This role focuses on driving and embedding technology and process change within a rapidly growing, Private Equity–backed company. Key responsibilities include developing change management frameworks, leading initiatives for IT/Tech transformation, and building strong stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in change management, understanding of IT tools, and excellent communication skills to engage with senior leaders.
