A technology-focused firm is seeking an Interim Legal Counsel in Cham, Switzerland. This role requires drafting and negotiating various contracts, offering compliance and regulatory support, and providing legal guidance on commercial matters. The ideal candidate should be a qualified solicitor with over 4 years of experience in commercial law, preferably within a tech environment. Excellent English communication skills are a must.
