Job Description

Key Responsibilities 

• Oversee and manage environments, proactively identifying and resolving conflicts; escalate
  recurring issues to leadership for long-term solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution and incident management within environment
  operations.
• Administrative expertise in messaging platforms such as WebSphere MQ, Sterling Connect:
  Direct, SFTP, and APIs.
• Hands-on support experience with server and environment technologies including Solaris, Linux,
  and Oracle Database.
