Key Responsibilities
Job Description
Oversee and manage environments, proactively identifying and resolving conflicts; escalate recurring issues to leadership for long-term solutions.
Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution and incident management within environment operations.
Administrative expertise in messaging platforms such as WebSphere MQ, Sterling Connect: Direct, SFTP, and APIs.
Hands-on support experience with server and environment technologies including Solaris, Linux, and Oracle Database.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including Jenkins, JIRA, and Confluence and release management
Proficient in scripting languages such as Shell, Python, and Groovy.
