What success looks like in this role:
Performs the more difficult, complicated, or problematic administrative tasks in support of contracted services, requiring discretion and judgement. Review documents for compliance with requirements; determine appropriate disposition and make necessary changes; maintain internal reporting mechanisms (logs, graphs, internal reports, etc.); may coordinate activities across work groups. Familiarity with industry specific terminology required; ability to operate office equipment such as image workstations, document processors, ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically with internal and external clients. Examples include but are not limited to clerical data entry/input for a client data information, banking and other related outsourced types of services.
