About the Role Electrum is building the digital backbone for Indonesia’s 2W electric mobility ecosystem.
As a Tech Lead focused on backend systems, you will be responsible for leading technical design, architectural decisions, and engineering excellence across mission-critical services.
You will collaborate closely with product, mobile, IoT, and infrastructure teams to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability as the business rapidly expands.
What You Will Do Lead backend architecture design and ensure systems meet scale, performance, and security standards.
Guide backend engineers through technical direction, code quality, reviews, and best practices.
