Tech Lead (C# / Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM)

Job Description Lead the design, development, and enhancement of C#/.NET applications and CRM platforms.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
Oversee system architecture, data modeling, and integration between Dynamics 365 and other internal systems via APIs or middleware.
Drive end-to-end solution delivery including code review, unit testing, deployment, and support.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across CRM and application environments.
Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent At least 10+ years of working experience with proven technical leadership experience in application delivery and strong hands-on experience in C#/.NET application development.
