a
Tech Lead (.NET / React)

What You Must Have:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on React and .NET technologies.
• Demonstrable experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
• Deep knowledge of Azure PaaS, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of code quality standards and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
