Department Overview

Media & Data Solutions Department has union of services that contribute to the marketing solutions in entire Rakuten. Our media & tech solutions and assets consist of data acquisition and delivery platforms for market research, analytics and marketing solutions, user engagement contents, ad-medias/inventories, omni-channel business platforms, OMO solutions, etc.

Our department develops and operates one of Japan's largest online market research systems. We operate both business and consumer systems, allowing you to experience the fun and challenges of each.

For business systems, we develop and operate a survey creation system that allows for targeting survey respondents similar to that used in online advertising, and complex question design.

For consumer systems, we develop and operate a survey response system (web, iOS app, Android app) that allows survey respondents to respond.
