Tech Lead – Founding Engineer, Fintech

We are building a venture studio focused on launching and scaling fintech and payments driven startups at speed. We are looking for a senior, hands on
full stack fintech engineer
who builds with strong ownership and wants a clear path to
CTO
within a centralised venture studio tech team.

This role sits within a
centralised venture studio tech team
and will be involved in any product where payments, wallets, savings, lending, gold backed assets, donations, or regulated financial flows are core to the proposition.

You will be responsible for designing, building, and shipping fintech platforms from day zero, starting with fast, compliant MVPs and then evolving them into secure, scalable financial infrastructure capable of handling real transaction volume.

Our focus areas include digital wallets, payment orchestration, embedded finance capabilities, and regulated financial infrastructure across multiple markets.
