Responsibilities:

• Lead backend system design and delivery, focused on scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Define backend architecture and champion best practices across Java/Kotlin (Spring) and
• Partner with frontend (ReactJS, VueJS) and mobile (Flutter) teams for cohesive product experiences.
• Own architecture and technical direction for critical platforms.
• Identify and address technical debt with sustainable solutions.
• Mentor backend engineers through code reviews, design talks, and workshops.
• Ensure system health through robust monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis.
• Drive automation across build, test, deployment, and monitoring pipelines.
