We’re looking for a Technical Lead who combines strong engineering craft with the ability to bring people along with them. This is a technical leadership role where you’ll guide engineering direction, support delivery, and help engineers grow, while partnering closely with an Engineering Manager who looks after formal people leadership.
You’ll lead a team of 5 - 8 engineers responsible for building and delivering meaningful features. Your role is to create clarity, maintain engineering quality, and ensure the team has the technical direction it needs to move with confidence.
