About the Role
We are seeking a Tech Lead to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a small engineering team while remaining hands‑on in application development. This role is ideal for a working manager who can balance people leadership, technical oversight, and direct contribution to code, architecture, and DevOps.
You will manage a team of 3‑4 developers , work closely with the CTO, and guide both operational execution and technical excellence across the companys platforms.

Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and support a team of 34 developers.
Manage workflow, daily operations, sprint planning, prioritization, and task delegation.
Ensure code quality, engineering best practices, and efficient development processes.
Provide coaching, feedback, and professional development support to the team.
Collaborate directly with the CTO on roadmap planning, technical strategy, and team needs.
