Tech Operations Lead

We are assisting a fintech client in hiring a Technical Lead to ensure the platform remains stable, scalable, and operationally sound.Role Overview:

• Keep the machine running, manage technical execution, and ensure architectural sanity.

Core Responsibilities:

• Own technical operations and delivery discipline
• Act as architecture gatekeeper and solution designer
• Manage developers and ensure tasks land on time
• Maintain platform stability; intervene only on critical breakdowns
• Provide redundancy and institutional knowledge to reduce single-point-of-failure risk
• Partner with external Web3 specialists when required
