At City Storage Systems, we're building Infrastructure for Better Food. We help restaurateurs around the world succeed in online food delivery. Our goal is to make food more affordable, higher quality, and convenient for everyone. What you'll do

• Design interview processes, structure panel interviews, and build out appropriate exercises, and briefs that assess candidate competencies against CSS job profiles.
• Implement talent strategies to identify gaps in hiring needs, understand where to look for talent, creatively source and engage candidates, and ultimately build teams at CSS.
