Our goal is to make food more affordable, higher quality, and convenient for everyone. What you'll do
Design interview processes, structure panel interviews, and build out appropriate exercises, and briefs that assess candidate competencies against CSS job profiles.
Implement talent strategies to identify gaps in hiring needs, understand where to look for talent, creatively source and engage candidates, and ultimately build teams at CSS.
Utilize CSS tool stack to track outreach, organize talent pipeline for maximum efficiency, and leverage data to optimize recruiting tactics/strategy and maximize success.
