Working hour : 8:30am – 6pm (Mon-Thu); 8:30am – 5:30pm (Friday)

• Drive innovation in recruitment practices by partnering with business leaders to design and implement creative sourcing strategies across multiple functions.
• Build and sustain strong talent pipelines to meet both immediate hiring needs and long-term workforce plans.
• Explore and implement new talent engagement approaches, including digital campaigns, talent mapping, and market intelligence.
• Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects that improve productivity, operational efficiency, and candidate/hiring manager experience.
• Support organisation-wide initiatives to modernise recruitment and align with broader HR strategies.
• Evaluate, implement, and optimise recruitment systems, tools, and workflows (e.g., ATS enhancements, automation, structured interview design).
