Job Description
Role: Tech Recruiter (Talent sourcing and delivery consultant (candidate side)
Type: 4-month contract with potential for extension. FTC (fixed term contract) or independent contractor
Time commitment: Part-time 70% of a full-time role
Start: ASAP
Rate guideline: R20,000 to R30,000 per month (depending on experience)
Location: Remote, anywhere in South Africa
Summary
We're looking for an energetic, organised talent sourcing and delivery consultant to take ownership of day-to-day resourcing activities and remove operational load from the MD. This is a hands-on role covering sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, CV quality control and formatting, interview coordination, and light client communication. You'll work closely with the MD, with clear priorities and structured workflow management, plus two stand-ups per week to keep delivery moving.
