Tech-Savvy Operations

We are looking for a highly capable professional to serve as a thinking partner to the business owner. This is a hybrid role that sits right at the intersection of finance and business operations. No 2025/2024 Grads.

We generally hire one of two types of people for this role.

• The super admin who has risen through the ranks, managed complex office workflows, and touched every part of a business including the books.
• The tech savvy self starter who is incredibly proficient with software, learns new tools in an afternoon, and has a foundational understanding of accounting principles.

This is not a data entry role. We have automated our reconciliation and data feeds. We need a human who can verify the automation, catch the complex errors, and manage the operational side of the business.
