Tech Service Sales Coordinator

Our client is one of the global ship spares and service solution provider.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end service sales process, ensuring timely technical support, efficient engineer deployment, and high-quality spare parts supply to maximize vessel uptime for the clients.
Coordinate with the global supply chain team to ensure the timely delivery of genuine parts and specialized tools to vessels.
Review engineer service reports, handle technical feedback, and manage the invoicing process to ensure smooth closing of cases.
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in the maritime or offshore industry (Service coordination or Marine sales experience is highly preferred.)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems is an asset.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive can-do attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
