Job Description

We are looking for a Tech Solutions Engineer with experience in Ruby on Rails to join our talented development team. In this hybrid role, you will both develop scalable API applications and support customers in integrating and troubleshooting their e invoicing connections. Acting as a bridge between our product and clients, you’ll ensure smooth implementation, high performance, and quick issue resolution. 
 Jouw rol 
Develop, test, and maintain API applications using Ruby on Rails 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features 
Provide technical support for clients during API integration and configuration 
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to API usage and data exchange 
Work with JSON-based data formats and e-invoicing standards (e.g. Peppol, UBL, EN16931) 
Document recurring issues and share insights with the product team for long term improvements
