Tech Specialist - Landscape

As an integral business unit of Shea Properties Management Company, Inc, Tech Center Maintenance (TCM) TCM provides full-scale landscape maintenance services for various commercial properties in the general vicinity of the Denver. In addition, TCM operates and maintains a variety of utility assets for the growing Meridian Metropolitan District and other special districts in Colorado that include water, wastewater, reclaimed irrigation and fiber network utilities.

Job Scope

The Tech Specialist/Landscape Operations is a full-time position with Shea Properties, responsible for assisting managers and supervisors in coordinating projects, and ensuring the execution and delivery of high-quality services and to provide leadership, maintain a positive attitude and ensure promotion of a safe and fun work environment.
