Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Tech Support Expert specializing in femtosecond (fs) laser sources and laser systems to provide high-level technical support, system integration, and customer-facing services. This role serves as a key technical bridge between customers, internal engineering teams, and product development, ensuring successful deployment, operation, and continuous improvement of fs laser solutions.
The position is based in Shenzhen (SZ) and requires frequent domestic and overseas travel .
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert-level technical support for femtosecond laser sources and laser systems throughout the full project lifecycle.
Perform on-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and final acceptance of fs laser equipment at customer sites.
