:This positionwill aid internal & external customers when facing a technical question or challenge. The objective of the Technical Support Rep is to understand the question or issue, discover all the answers and options available then suggest the best answer or resolution that ultimately ensures the customer’s needs have been met. Customers include both internal sales and external customers and businesses. The Technical Support Rep will also assist with various department projects improving department efficiency and effectiveness.

Represent and perpetuate HydraFacial’s customer service values.
Promptly respond to incoming customer inquiries by phone, via chat or video call, Zoom etc.
Complete and accurate data entry and documentation of customer interaction.
Follow up on customer inquiries and document response.
