What You’ll Be Doing Source and identify high-quality technology talent across multiple skill sets and markets Provide dedicated sourcing support to Talent Acquisition teams across technical hiring requirements Conduct proactive headhunting and detailed market mapping for hard-to-fill roles Build and maintain strong, long-term talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Partner closely with recruiters and stakeholders to support end-to-end delivery Leverage multiple sourcing channels including direct search, research, and talent intelligence tools Track and maintain accurate records of sourcing activity and candidate engagement Engage passive candidates and drive initial interest in key technical opportunities What We’re Looking For Strong experience as a Technical Sourcer, Talent Researcher, or Technical Talent Partner Proven ability to source passive technical talent in competitive markets Experience supporting recr...
