What You’ll Be Doing:

As a TAM Team Engineer, you are the technical engine of the Technical Account Management team. This is not a standard reactive 3rd line role; while you will handle deep-level escalations, your primary focus is proactive infrastructure health and the delivery of technical projects. You will work closely with the Team Lead to ensure our clients' infrastructure is aligned with best practices and modern standards.
