Technical Account Manager (crypto)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager to support and manage Payment Gateway merchants. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B crypto, excellent communication skills in English and Russian, and the ability to work closely with merchants, product, tech, and compliance teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day communication with existing merchants.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact during integration, onboarding and post-launch support.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Tech, Compliance, Finance, Product) to resolve merchant issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Assist merchants with API integrations, payment flows, wallet setup, and troubleshooting.
