Technical Account Manager- Hybrid Set-up

Qmulus Solutions is a Virtual Staffing Solution based in Victoria, BC, Canada. We continue to grow our offshore team in the Philippines, and we are looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our team.

As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will be the customer’s main point of contact in growing their use of the product, helping them find new use cases, and their liaison with support and engineering.

• Train customers on how to use the product
• Confidently demonstrate all new features as they are added
