Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

Your specific duties will be based on your experience as Technical Account Manager, and you will be an extended part of the client’s technical team, ensuring automation solutions are running effectively. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering UiPath solutions in accordance with WonderBotz standards and best practices. You will work closely with our enthusiastic business and technical specialists team. You will be part of a fast-growing and successful team that helps our clients get the maximum benefit.

Expected Activities:

+ Support for customers to support pre-sales and post-sales processes.

+ Provide developers with customers’ feedback and contribute to the identification and creation of new features or products

+ Perform initial or secondary investigations and respond to online and phone support requests
