Technical Account Onboarding/Termination and Procurement Specialist

TheTechnical Account Onboarding/Termination and Procurement Specialisthas a vital role within our organization providing technical procurement services and support to a dedicated client. The ideal candidate will assist in onboarding new user accounts, offboarding or furloughs of existing users, the procurement of IT equipment, liaising with vendors, and assisting new employees with their initial sign-in. The candidate will play a key role on a team executing day-to-day procurement operations and facilitating seamless onboarding and termination experiences for new hires and departing client users. This role requires excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, along with an in-depth knowledge of IT equipment and setup procedures.
