Role Summary
The Technical Account Specialist is a crucial behind-the-scenes role that ensures the smooth and successful execution of customer pilots. This individual will work closely with Technical Account Managers and Solutions Consultants to provide operational and administrative support, facilitating seamless coordination and communication between internal teams and clients.
