Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Technical Account Specialist. The Technical Account Specialist will manage technical accounts, process and track invoicing, assist with financial reporting, and liaise with clients to resolve technical queries. They will work closely with internal teams to monitor accounts, provide support, and ensure accuracy in financial transactions and account management.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Bookkeeping, Accounting, and Finance
- Experience with Invoicing and related account management tasks
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to correspond with clients and internal teams effectively
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work autonomously
- Previous experience in technical account management or similar roles is a plus
- Proficiency with financial software and tools is advantageous
