Technical Accountant

Our leading consulting firm is looking for a Technical Accountant to support them on a 12-month contract.

Requirements

• At least 5 years as a Certified Accountant
• Ideally experience working with a consulting business
• Strong understanding of IFRS and SOC Audit
• Experience in supporting US businesses through IPOs
• Knowledge of NTH 144A or Regulation S would be highly beneficial
• Self-driven  with the ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and techniques in a fast-moving environment
• Experience of hitting the ground running and working within an existing team and business environment.

As this position needs to be filled as soon as possible, we can only proceed with candidates who are eligible to start working in Singapore without sponsorship.
