This role is for a Manager in the Financial Advisory Services (FAS) team, focusing on Technical Accounting and Financial Instruments for clients in financial services, digital assets, and fintech sectors. Responsibilities Serve as a senior advisor with deep expertise in financial instruments, derivatives, securitizations, digital assets, and complex accounting issues. Lead and deliver advisory engagements on complex accounting topics including Consolidations (ASC810), Revenue Recognition (ASC606), Leases (ASC842), Business Combinations (ASC805), Impairments (ASC350/360) and Share‑based payments (ASC718). Advise on classification, measurement, and disclosure of financial instruments under ASC815, ASC825, and IFRS9. Develop accounting policies, execute restatements, and remediate material weaknesses.
