Technical Analyst / Application Support

Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst to provide application administration and Tier 2/3 support for a multi-year COTS implementation.

Join a project supporting enterprise implementation and sustainment of Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) applications for a major mining organization. This hands‑on role focuses on system configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination across desktop and SaaS applications. The position includes ownership of license management and operational support across an existing portfolio of enterprise systems. This offers visibility across infrastructure, security, and application teams managing critical technology platforms.

1 year Contract, hybrid 3 days in office
